Hi
can I please have some thoughts on these images. I am stuck. Are they worth persisting with. Is one more interesting than the other. Back and white or colour? Any thoughts or opinions welcome.

Definitely worth persisting with! The optical illusion is something I haven't seen before even in other 'pattern' photos -- it looks like the escalators are moving, and actually makes me feel a bit dizzy if I look at it long enough. The vertigo effect is more pronounced in b/w so I'd vote for that. I'm not sure the colour adds anything that's needed.

thanks for your thoughts. the people on the escalator are in different positions as the images were taken a few seconds apart. Any preference? I have only converted one to black and white but can do the other easily enough

I like the one where the guy at the top is looking straight ahead and the two people in front of him are both looking behind him. I think the symmetry accentuates the overall effect, while it's diluted in the shot where the couple are looking in different directions.
