It seems a little yellowy, but the foam is reading mostly pure white.

The image seems to be too bright.  I would re-threshold the image and see if you can get more contrast range into it.

I have attached a curve file for you too look at.  When you have opened it switch to the A channel and make the curve bigger than 1/2 of your screen.  The neutral I set is not enough to get rid of the color cast.  you still have to adjust the A channel a bit.

I used the saturation slider before I did this to make the color cast stand out a bit.
