It's a feature that never was.  I was considering having a transparent curve that would overlay the image.  The idea was to have the option of a very large curve and at the same time save screen space.  When it was working, it would produce beautiful curved patterns, sort of like what you see at the edge of a stock certificate.

Oh...That would make the button not working make more sense...
So you wanted to overlay the curve screen over the image??  interesting thought...

Yes, basically a HUD (head up display) like pilots use, that would allow you to look at the image and the curve at the same time.
