Opened image in Photoshop CS3 and started up Curvemeister
Laid down a Highlight point on the front of the building
Increased saturation by steepening the curves of the A & B channels.
Compared LAB and RGB modes and accepted LAB mode.

Did you also set a shadow point?  it seems like the shadows are blocked up...If not you really should.  The dark areas on the left and the shadows under the truck could use a bit of help
