Did you get the mask from the mask carte?  Which mask did you use??

Maybe I'm getting it now.
Unlike the library masks, do the masks from the mast carte only show an effect if you've made changes, but otherwise not?

oups, forget which mask it was. Think the k-channel.
Jep, from the card. I don't find masks in the library... Ohh, this is mabe the confusion!
In the library I only found curves. All avaiable masks are on the card. Greg explain in a posting to Jerry, why there is no mask for c, m an y.

Select a mask don't changes anything.
It' only a selection. Everywhere you see white on the mask, a follow change is seen in your picture. All where mask is black, nothing happens and in the greys the effect of your change is not that strong. Darker grey, less effect.

When you select from the over and under exposed curves folders the image must be RGB.  That is what the curves are saved in...
