I'd need to look in more detail (working on the installer checker right now).  One thing that I notice is that there are two tabs separating some of the columns, and it should be one tab.

Swatches was the old name for pins, internal to Curvemeister.

That will work.  You can also right click on the pin pallete and load the file directly.

Does tthis mean that Curvemeister is now working on your system?  If this is the case, then perhaps I can stop working on the "CmChecker" program and help with the pin file.

It does work.

Although a file describing all the keys setted  in the registry and the tree of the installation would be fine for everyone and every software.

By the way, yours, is very good in my opinion.


I used the free 'Unlocker from a french Cedrick Collomb' to get rid of the folders.

Thanks for the reference to the unlocker utility, and for sorting out the problem.

I'll postpone the CmChecker utility for the time being and take a look at loading your pin file.

I loaded the pin file, and all 20 pins appear in the pin palette.  Now the interesting part of the experiment begins, which is to use them to improve reproductions of oil paintings.
