Hi,
I have just upgraded to v 3.3.3 from V 3.3.0 and I have noticed that the delete option on the context menu for colour samples (ie highlight and shadow sampling for example) is permanently greyed out.I can work around this by opening the "show info" for the sample and then closing it; this then deletes the sample point.
I am running photoshop CS2, Win xp with SP3. This is when I am working in LAB mode; in RGB mode the delete option does not show up at all in the context menu.
I am wondering if there is an option that I have have unchecked by accident or whether this is inherent to V3.3.3.
As I said it can be worked around but it adds a keystroke or two...not much in terms of life, I agree, but very slightly annoying at best.
Henri

Hi, Greg,
I am glad it was not only me!
I have installed V 3.3.5 and now... the "delete" option has totally vanished from the context menu???!!!
Could it have to do with the fact that I am running CS2 or with the soon to be lamented XP?
In any case thanks for having kept at it. I'll be watching for developments although ,as the delete key works, it is more a minor nuisance than anything else.
I am incredibly grateful and amazed at your fast and helpful level of response!
Thank you!
Henri
PS do you guys ever sleep?

The XP and CS2 issues are not a part of this as far as I know. I'll defer to Mike on this.
