Building using Photoshop Only

I'll work on the image using Curvemeister but wanted to see what I could do in Photoshop first.  I'm not a Photoshop whiz, so I just did a curves layer, then upped the vibrance a bit, raised the brightness and contrast a touch and sharpened it.  Took me about 10 minutes. 

I've now spent an hour in CM with no good luck.

Greg, shall I try to duplicate this in CM, or head in a different direction?

Try this in CM but don't try to be too fancy, just set a good neutral, find the thresholds use the Lab saturation slider to add color overall.  It really should only take 5-7 minutes...If it takes more post you image and let's see what's going on.
