I really tried to punch up the colours. I set Hue clocks to get the green more green and the blue away from cyan.

You indeed did punch it hard...

I have to say too hard...It is possible to drive the detail out of the image with saturation...the areas shown are where I look to see if you over saturated the image...
See the comparison below...

The original image is the lower half ...your image is the upper half...

Back to the drawing board for me.

Just watch out for lost details...balance that against the gains in color and punch...

That works....Much better...
I found that I could add some saturation to the image after you were done but not so much as to say you should re-do it...

I would say you got this one figured out.
