Don, your sky color looks just fine.

I'd like to mention that the hue clock is a great way to sanity check important colors, like skin tones, blue sky, and foliage.  Once you have the location determined for each of these, you need not rely on your eyes for these colors - that's called "by the numbers".

This is not to say that your own color judgment is not important - just that you can get a few of the important colors in place before making other adjustments "by eye".
