Color Picker gets stuck under the application

Mike,
I noticed this today...

If I use the color picker and I select a color but do not close the window when I go back to CM the focus is still on the Color Picker and i cannot do anything. I went for the Ctrl-Alt-Del solution but first I tried the minimize the application trick and when I did I found the color picker open.

I closed the color picker and maximized the application and all controls were restored...

I did not intend for the color picker to be sent to the bottom of the pile so to speak...I simply click on CM after selecting a color for a pin.....

Thanks, Greg.  I had not noticed this problem.  I've run in to other color picker issues - it does not really work well at all.  It still works on Photoshop 6, but not CS2, so somewhere in there Adobe changed something.  This is on the bug list.
