I preferred the Lab mode although RGB is very similar. I added a point in the centre of the curve to bring out some light on the right hand side of her face. No much though.

This is quite the subjective image...one does not quite what to do with the sky...I do know this though...Green sky is not as pleasant as a warm sky...
Your shadow and highlight were great, the lack of a neutral makes you work hard for the right color. People would just would rather see neutral to warm rather than greenish.. . If you look at the slight bend in the A channel above the center of the grid you can see a small change makes a huge difference.
