Had trouble with this one; not sure if I got it right

Hey BillBrandi,
Try setting the neutral on the foam of the river...you might have to move the neutral around a bit until you get a tone you like.  The image overall looks cyan blue to me on my monitor.  You have done a good job with the highlight and shadow.  The rest of the problem is color and saturation.  Once you set the neutral try playing with the saturation slider a bit and see what you can squeeze out of this...
