My try at the cookies. The numbers I have seem reasonably close to yours Mike. How does one get a hue clock with both text and  the clock as you have it? Mine does not have the letters around the dial, also can the size be varied?

Barry,
Each hue clock has it's own settings.

See print screen below

You can also click on the arrow in the hue clock and get the second menu.

Greg
I can change what I have, the problem is that when I ask for the clock and text, The clock portion only has a line, no letters around the dial. Could it be the version?  The ones you show are the clock only. Size?

Barry, click on the wrench, select Preview and un-check the "mini hue clock" option.

Mike,
Should that go to the hue clock menu with the other hue clock controls??

I never would have thought it was there...

Yes, or the option could just be removed.  It is in the manual:
