If I create a sample and move its hue clock over the right side of my image, CM3 correctly prevents the clock being lost under my docked curves pane: when I stop dragging the hue clock, it jumps back so it's fully visible in the image pane.
However, if I put the hue clock on the right edge of the image pane, then drag the divider to the left, the hue clock gets lost under the the curves pane.
I can't decide whether this is the correct behaviour or not. It probably isn't. The correct logic would surely be "position the hue clock where the user wants it, or as close to that point such that it's still visible".
What definitely isn't right is that when the lost hue clock still has focus, and another application is given focus (Firefox in my case here), then PS is given focus back, the screen doesn't redraw, resulting in the attached screenshot.
