RGB master histogram missing

In RGB mode, I hit the "RGB Master Curve" ribbon button to switch off the RGB master curve. When I clicked it again to switch the curve back on it came back but without its histogram - just a plain white background. Making any slight tweak to any other curve makes the master histogram get redrawn.
