Abby,
Image 3: Again...drag the pin around a bit and do some "flesh tone" thresholding...the color of the overall image is green you might have to choose another skin tone if you are not satisfied with the one you have...
Image 4: He looks pretty good for the skin tones but over all the image is too bright. you have lost the highlights. try to adjust the curve to keep the face good but hold the highlights....Lift the highlight side of the curve as shown in the screen shot...
