In the last week we will be doing Pins and skin tones...you should revisit this image then...The biggest issue is the green that is uncovered when you try to tone down the red in the face. You can use multiple pins to help hold this down in RGB.
As you look at the hue clocks you want to adjust the curve so that they stay in the 12:00 to 1:30 range.
You can also set a neutral in the background to help keep it closer to reality.
