Not bad at all, Bev. Your two images though are so similar that I wonder if you sent in two different sized copies of the same example.
Also, although I like the appearance, the brightest area of the house, the white square area below the leftmost black oval window is not pure white, but more of a gray. For the purposes of this exercise, which is to get a black shadow, and as bright a white as possible, that area should read RGB(255,255,255)
