Set shadow under boat, highligt on white of building, and neutral on middle boat. Raised lightness slightly.

I'm going to assume you meant this for the other picture...
But...
The image still has a redish cast to it...you might want to try this in RGB and set up multiple hue clocks on the grey squares.
adjus the red curve of the RGB until yuo can get at least 2 of the grey squares neutral.
