I pinned her right wrist in the middle at its mid-tone. I set the shadow just above her left arm as suggested and dragged the middle of the curve slightly up and to the left to slightly brighten it.

OMG I so meant to get back to you on these sooner....My sincere apologies
To the image at hand...The overall look is nice and warm but I think it might be a bit too warm... Try the hue clocks as well as the fleshtone pin. I toned down the Red just a touch and the sky and other colors reeally come out.. notice that all the hue clocks are in the same general 1:00 to 1:30 position. the middle one was very much ar 11:30 when i opened the image...
I would also make a bit more of a brightness adjustment...

OK, I think this one is better. It's helpful to know what the target reading on the hue clock s/b for the flesh tones.
