Hello again
On this image I used Lab mode and set the highlight pin on the bright cabin of the cabin cruiser near the left hand edge of the image and a shadow pin on the dark hull of the cabin cruiser second from the right edge.
I chose to let the building tops stay warm as it is obvious that the sun is low in the sky and we normally expect that light to be warm.
I also felt it made a better image to keep it warm than to cool it down.
I forgot so save the screen capture of this image and so am including a finished version instead.

The neutrals look pretty good here...Try saturating the image a bit more using the saturation slider...
If there is a color cast it will show up when you do that...
One of the pitfalls of LAB is the undersaturation that occurs commonly with adjustments. That is one reason Mike added the saturation slider to the bottom of the window.
