It is hard to tell from the posted image but..
It looks like the highlight detail is gone from the yellow flower petals.
You might be a bit heavy handed with the highlight setting. Take a look at the attached curve and side by side comparison. In my image i used the threshold until the first 3 or 4 pixels started to pop off the masked image. I did the same with the Shadows. As soon as the pixels started to show up as black I stopped.
I just nudged the shadows a bit to brighten up the overall image. The rest is saturation slider.

After seeing it on the web I think I could even go farther with the highlight nudge....
