Now that I am back at a PC with tools....

Here is my swing at this in LAB.  I took the Grey in the rug to be neutral.  It may have had some cast to it but it's a solid visual clue. 
I set a hue clock on her face and tried to make her skin a bit redder than I found it.

The rest is saturation slider in LAB.

As for the flag...I'm thinking flash fall off has allowed the color of the room to seep into the whites.  The rug on the other hand has more direct lighting I would choose to ignore the flag personally in this case.
