Remember that concrete makes a good neutral. 
There is a heavy magenta cast over the image...

Remember the basics and start with Shadow, Highlight and Neutral. 
It is tempting to forget the things that got us here but we have to start with a good basic correction.

Sorry you got the brunt of this but we seem to be hitting the wall on this stuff this week....

Opps!!!!!  I sent you the wrong image.  This is the original, not the one I changed.  I'm at work now & I'll send you the correct one when I get on my computer at home.
