That you did...
Were you able to get any detail in the tree??  It's hard to see on my screen...

There is detail in the tree bark...

New image. one pass in brightness then  M from M.I wasn't able to get same degree of shadow detail in lightness.

opinion requested....

How do you feel about the over the top greens...i am seeing it more and more and i wonder what others are thinking about them...

I'm with you, Greg.  It is fun to make the colors pop, but the neon-greens are getting to me.  Based upon that thought, and your other comment about pulling some detail out of the tree, here's my effort on this image.

Used a k mask to get some detail in tree,thenM from M mask pulled low to control greens.If you read only the first sentence of the instructions,picture will be a bit bright.

okay...not to make you chase your tail...but the greens look better at the cost of the reds....
