Except for the problem with the reds(and blue) hue would be a good mask choice.

it was hard to see the top mask was it K?? if so you might want to adjust it some I was able to get a satisfactory mask using just the K channel.

I was not pleased with the muted red/orange parts of the graffiti in the curves-only attempt above, so I worked it a little further:

Russ the L mask looks great...
You held the blues in the sign and the yellows in the cab very well...
