Here is my submission done in LAB mode.  I tried both LAB and RGB and decided that LAB did a better job.  The colors have more pop.  I finished off by tweaking the b curve to get rid of what looked like a green cast in the image and changed the lightness curve because the original brightness in the wizard was too bright.  I also applied an unsharp mask to the image.

Looks like the neutral is good but the highlights might need a bit of help.  Try bringing the highlights back down a bit and see if the over all image improves.
