If you'd like to show what you did in more detail, you can easily make a video using Jing.
Jing is free, at the moment, and will do videos of whatever you are doing on your computer screen.

It then grinds away an leaves a link to the video that you can paste to a message. A microphone is recommended but not absolutely necessary.

I have not heard of anybody with either XP or Vista who does not fall over, now and then, for no good reason.
Also with the motherboard I used (a 2002 model!), I go faster running an old small OS.

Nothing wrong with Windows 2K, IMHO. I dislike forcing people to upgrade for no reason, which is one reason Curvemeister works all the way back to Windows 98.

Well what do you expect from an OS written on high sugar soda pop and pizza late at night by recent college grads....

Ah ha, I've found some software that seems to record and I can produce a .swf file.
So what I need to know, in order to do a wee test, is what size 'screen' should I record? Is 800x640 normal?

Screen size will determine the file size. 800X600 is pretty big...Try one and see if you can keep it under 35 MB.
You only get 4 minutes with Jing...
