I toyed around with this so much, I can't recall everything I did.  The version before this ended up with what looked like a slight yellow color cast on the walls behind the vendor.  That might be accurate, but I wasn't sure so I wanted to make the walls look a little more like graystone.  The best way I found to do that was a slight desaturation in HSB,which helped.

You are getting better at this....Try to  open up the dark parts and bring out the lettering in the upper part of the window. 
Great job so far...you killed off the color casr nicely...
