Actually...
I'm glad you posted this one...one of the issues you will face with masks is the fringe effect you see on the transition between dog and grass.
You have to play around a bit with the mask curve, you can also use the "blur controls" to blur the edges of the mask. Play around a bit and see if you can soften the edge of the doggie...
