Sun Moon Lake Temple View (B Mask)

This was curved with the alternate solution using a B channel mask.  I took a first pass in Lab to try and lighten up the shadow areas at least a little bit.  Then on the second pass I used a B Mask to darken the sky.  The noise level was unacceptably high (so in the real world I might have opted for a different mask).  I cheated a bit and used a heavy dose of Noise Ninja to knock out some of the noise.

The foreground looks better but yes indeed it is noisy.

You might back off the sky adjustment just a bit and see if the noise gets any better. I doubt it will but it's worth a shot.
