OK Greg.  I remember hating this image the last time.  This is the final result.  I am also attaching the image I did last time.  Its bluer, and its hard for me to decide which is the better of the two.

It's more of a mood rather than a mistake.  One thing to note in the second image the color noise is more of an issue and the overall image might look better after you get rid of it.  Example attached

All I did here was blur the A and B channels in LAB mode.  4.5 Gaussian.
