This was difficult for me. I still think there is too much yellow in the photo.

You can set a neutral...some of the fur is a good target...

I went to HSB, set a neutral, and moved the curves around until I was happier with it.
It is better?

I would suggest starting again...

Start with the SHN drill and get the image into a good place first...the saturated colors are going to really over cook when you mask and adjust...

The real issue is the saturation of the colors...when you ramp it up everything gets overblown....With a good neutral you can crank in the color and it looks good.

SHN is always a good move...it is the basic building block for everything we do in CM...

esp. Neutral...When we hit man from mars it will be clear that "betting the image" is very important...as in you bet the image on the neutral....

So we should always start with SHN? I haven't been doing that but I can see where it would really help. Thanks for that tip.
