Here's my 2nd try. I still see red in the shadows.  I'm going to have to work fast. I've lost a lot of time.

You can do this interactively...Select the mask channel and then click on "all" up by the mask Icon.  When you adjust the mask curve you should see the effect on the image...

OK is this better. I think all the red is gone from the shadows.
