not too bad...A little saturation will go a long way with this guy...
try to add more B channel than A see if you can saturate but keep the grass real...

This is what I did.
It did saturate the grass, but I think the color is still real.

Eran,
Try the ACV file I have attached.

Making the shadows darker helps the overall image but you do have a slight color problem.  The changes I made to the A and B channels are to make the grass look better.  the biggest thing I did was shop around the image for a neutral that made the tiger look better. 

See what you think and give it a try...
