I've tried to apply what I've learned. I'm interested in what I've done right and what I've done wrong.
I experimented with different skin pins on Evan.
Also tried not to blow the clouds out in the South American photos.
I'll do these in two posts so I don't exceed the kb limit.

Joann,

In two weeks you will be able to do this too....Masking is fast and easy in CM  This is a Hue channel mask and a LAB adjustment to the Sky.
The second image was trickier...I had to really fight for the sky...I used an inverted R mask and a heavy curve to get the outline I wanted...

something for you to look forward to...

Clearly you improved the photos much better than I did. And I was so proud of myself. lol
I'm looking forward to learning the masking.

You should be proud...You are doing Great things...
You have a unfair handicap right now that we will remove in two weeks...

I wanted to wet your appetite and get you excited for what is still to come...

Greg, I'll go back to these after I get the rest of this weeks lesson done. I'm really behind. I hope I can do better with these.
