I think I've got the skin color going in the right direction, but how do I make the hue hand shorter? On the girl it's really short but on the men it is not.

The length of the hand is saturation.  The longer the hand the more saturated the color.  You might not want the goal to be short hands....

Overall the image looks better but there are still some issues to tackle...
Try to remove the blue shadows in RGB and see if the faces get better.

I may have taken too much blue out. The skin looks a little yellow to me. The shadow looks like it has green.  Did I go too far?

Sorry I missed this one....
Try bringing the Mid tone blues back into the image....It still looks to yellow...

  Here's my new Berkley Drummers..  How's this one. I didn't start from scratch I just took blue out of my last corrected copy.

Try bringing the Mid tone blues back into the image....It still looks to yellow...
