I thought I'd post this to see if I was on the right track before tackling the Wreath again.
The neutral point that I picked was what looked like a metal pipe sticking out of the water.
I attached the RGB ACV file for comparison.

Watch the highlight level and overall contrast but keep moving forward...so far so good...
