Richard,
The overall image looks nice but the highlights and darkest shadows are still a problem. Look at the red flowers on the outside of the wreath...they are starting to lose detail. In CMYK there are multiple ways to get where you want to go...the K channel is like the cherry on top. See screen shot and ACV file. Once you have the color in the image you want use the K channel to bring the details back into the image if needed.
