Here is two versions of the pagoda,]

First, the screen shot.  Then version 1.  Version 2 has some blue sky added.  I added a blank layer
and pasted in the sky numbers to fill.  I used blend if.

Not too bad...you might want to look at feathering the blue sky layer a bit so that it bleeds to white as you get closer to the tree line.  It might be more believable.

You have held the detail in the tree and opened the shadows...The Greens might be too far but the resolution of the posted image makes that a hard call..
