Here is my first attempt at manipulating the skin tones.  After I saved the screen shot, I realized that the middle guy is a little yellow on his neck...  I was looking at the numbers of the pins to use as a reference for RBG values and their proportions.  I'll try to get his neck less yellow if you wish.

This really looks pretty good...the only thing I would change was some additional saturation...maybe up to 1.20 in LAB.
