Here is my go at this. I think the shadow is improved but still visible. My hue clocks no longer work in cmyk. I have been keeping a watch and they have been ok but now I want to do this they are gone. It was frustrating. I think my other colours are ok but I am not sure. Maybe the bricks are a bit red.

I am sorry you are having CMYK troubles.  I'm hoping Mike can come through with a new build to fix these...
My comments on your image are if you got this close without hue clocks....Wow...

I made some slight adjustments as shown in the screen shot.  Nothing big except that rather than red it was actually yellow in the shadows...I also boosted the purple flowers just a bit...
