Well I threw everything but the kitchen sink at this,color range,magic wandCM,hue/sat and I can still see some blue lurking in the creases.GregM

I don't yet know why I took the bait on this but....
I did a reasonable adjustment to the rest of the image using CM and standard correction stuff... and ignored the blue in the shirts. My intent; knowing this image was to fix that later. I tried a newer trick from Adobe.
I created a Layer mask and used the "Color Range" feature of the mask pallet in CS4. This allowed me to build a custom Mask by selecting the colors I wanted. Using the + selection tool I added different hues of the blue to the mask until I could not see any changes when I clicked on new areas.
I then took the image layer into CM and used HSB to de-saturate the image. Only the blues were touched because of the mask.
I'm not sure I like the results....but I'll post it as an example of thinking out of the box....
