In LAB, the hue clock says yellow but my eyes say green. So I also tried it in HSB and this time my eyes also say yellow. I don't understand why the hue clock says yellow in LAB.

For the same reason it will say yellow for tree leaves and grass..That deep of yellow perceptually is a greenish hue to us...in fact when we get further into this you will be very surprised how yellow everything that you think is green is...I'll preview some of this tomorrow on the call...
The LAB version is really tough to accomplish without masks....The HSB version is nice...
