I did something a little different here.  I put hue clocks on a couple of items, sky, red light, hills, water. (my screenshot does not show this). 

I fixed the lightness.  Then I cranked up the lab colors before correcting.  I moved the pivot point with the cursor until I balanced the sky, water, etc.  Then backed down.

Final step, I tried (?) with lizard tail to get more detail from ridges. 

I am not happy with some yellowing on the right.

2 things...

A Lizard tail on the L channel saved the highlights in the upper Left....Shot1

You can flatten the B channel a bit to kill off the yellow.  Use the color worm to help you find the area of the curve you need to adjust and use a contrast pin to get the range...Shot2

Over all well done...
