Hello.

I am experimenting with the Duck and CM and set the points, that is the shadow, highlight and neutral.  I then wanted to save the curve but could not select this option.  The curve is automatically saved because I can then select "load previous curve".  What am I doing wrong?

Also, I want to save the curve so I can go back and adjust the original shadow, highlight and neutral points.  Loading the curve does not seem to restore those circles (selected points); Is there a way to get this point markers (circles) back?

Thank you
David

If you invoke CM as a smart filter you can go back to the curves and re-edit.

It is usually discussed later in the class but what the heck.  On the top right of the curve window by the wrench there is a scroll Icon.  If you create a smart layer in PS and open CM click the scroll to let CM know that the image is in a smart layer.

Generally when you click "apply" the changes are applied to the layer and the image is re-calculated in PS.  This is prevented when you use the smart layer feature.

Let me know if you do not get this to work and I'll do some screen shots for you.

Greg
