Set highlight shadow and neutral tried to maintain whites on the side of the boat

Gary,
This one is still too dark...maybe a better highlight threshold would help; remember that specular highlights are allowed to go blown out.  This image needs help in the 3/4 tone area. 

Also, it is a bit too blue...Set some hue clocks out there in the shadows and you'll find the blue...RGB is your friend here....

I'm not going to give this one away just yet...it is a fun image to play with and I encourage you to have another go at it.
