Still had problems with this couldn't remember just what we did on the conference call

You missed the neutral here...shot2 is your image with a hue clock shot1 is a different choice for the neutral.

The overall image looks Green. 
You can trust you eyes..they will tell you something is wrong.  If you measure the image with a hue clock there is a pretty strong Green cast overall...Set a different neutral and the image is just fine...
