Tried this
I dont understand why the numbers are equal but the hue clock has the hand pointming to green.
I get this happening occasionally and dont have any idea why

Looks like a rounding error to me. It would show that if the G channel is like 9.4 and the r and B channels are 9.0

It measures correctly here...
